A grey application in the list of applied jobs is a deleted application and therefore has the status "Deleted".
An application is deleted either by:
Automatic deletion of applications from the employer's account. Exactly when this happens depends on the employer's settings, but usually 24-36 months after the recruitment has ended.
Manual deletion, i.e., when you as a candidate have contacted the employer and requested that they delete your application.
Deletion of an employer account, i.e., when an employer terminates their contract and stops using the system.
In the application list, the ad's title is displayed along with the application date and the deadline for applications. Neither the ad nor the application can be accessed or opened 😔
Deleted applications are always shown at the bottom of the list by default, but if you prefer to see them at the top, you can sort the applications by clicking on "Status".
A deleted application cannot be reused for future job applications and cannot be restored.
