No, you don't have to - and how great is that?? πŸ₯³

However, there are a few points that need to be fulfilled, so let's go through it step by step!

How Does It Work?

If you have an account, you can reuse information from previous applications without having to fill in everything manually again.

When you are applying for a position and have gone through an advertisement and chosen to log in, you will first reach this step:

Here, you will see a list of all previous applications you've made that you can reuse!

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Choose from the list which previous application you want to reuse information from.

    1. If you're unsure about how an application looks, you can view it by clicking "View" on the far right.

  2. Then click the "Reuse Application" button.

  3. Done! It's as simple as that πŸ˜„

What Are the Requirements for Reusing Information?

As mentioned earlier, there are a few points that must be met for you to be able to do this. Here they are!

  • The application you want to reuse information from must have been submitted via your account. You can't use applications that were submitted outside the account.

  • The new application you want to make now must also be submitted via the same account.

  • The application you want to reuse information from must have the status "Submitted".

    • You cannot reuse information from applications that are:

      • In Progress

      • Withdrawn

      • Deleted

Keep in Mind!

  • It's the employer who decides how to apply for a position, whether you can choose to do it via an account or without an account, or if one of them is mandatory. If you apply for a position that only allows applications via an account, you won't be able to reuse any information from your previous applications πŸ˜”

  • The steps in the application form can differ, even for applications to the same employer! This means that if you want to reuse an application where you previously filled in all your education, work experience, etc., by hand, but the application you want to make now only allows you to attach a CV, the old application won't be much help to you. You have to follow the structure that the employer has chosen for the application.
