The employer can, if they wish, allow you to submit an application without having an account. You will see this option when you are about to apply if you have the choice to either log in or fill out a form directly:

Application via Email/Post

If the employer allows applications to be submitted via email or post, it will be stated in the job advertisement. If it is not mentioned and you still wish to do so for some reason, contact the employer directly and ask if it can be arranged.

Application Without an Account

If you can apply without an account, you will see this option when you click on the application button in the job ad. For an application without an account, you fill in your personal details and attach the requested files. Depending on the employer's preference, you may also be able to import personal details from LinkedIn and include a link to your LinkedIn profile.

This is a convenient option if you don't submit many applications, but if given the choice, we recommend always applying with an account! Check out the benefits of having an account below ⬇⬇⬇

Application With an Account

We recommend applying for jobs with an account as much as possible, as it comes with several advantages:

  • You can view all the positions you have applied for (via the account) on your account.

  • You can see both the advertisement and the application you submitted.

  • You can edit and withdraw your application.

  • You can reuse information from previous applications in new ones, minimizing the manual work for you.

Note that the employer decides how you can apply for a position, and this may vary from advertisement to advertisement. Any questions or feedback about this should be directed to the employer!
