When you submit your application, a check is performed on your personal information. The system compares the information you entered in your account with what has been entered in this specific application. This is done to prevent any incorrect information from being sent to the employer!
If something doesn't match, meaning that not all the information is identical in both places, this message box will appear:
This check compares all the information under the "Personal Information" step, i.e., personal details and picture, with the information available in your account under "User Information."
Please note that a picture can cause this error to occur. If you don’t see any obvious differences but have a picture, it’s the picture generating the message. The reason could be that the picture was uploaded on a different date or that it is a few bytes larger/smaller. This is not visible to the naked eye, but it is information registered in the database.
If your information in the "Personal Information" step of the application is correct, you can click "Yes" in the confirmation box without any problem!
