Don't share your account with anyone

You should always have a personal account when you want to apply for a job, do not share an account with a family member or a friend. If you don't already have an account, create one!

Sharing an account can cause issues when you apply for open positions. For example, you cannot submit individual applications to the same job posting, as an account can only submit one application per job.

Don't register a "fake" email address

If you don't have your own email address, do not make one up when creating an account. It is very possible that someone actually owns the email you "made up" and will therefore receive all correspondence from the employer.

If you don't have an email address, you need to start by getting one before you register an account.

Use a correct email address

Be careful to ensure the email address is correct when you register your account, that it is spelled correctly, and is an email address you have access to. The email address you provide will be the one the employer communicates to and where any emails about your username and password reset will be sent if you forget your login.

Use an email address you have access to

Since the account is tied to an email address, it's important that the email address you choose to register is one you have continuous access to and one you will have for a long time to avoid having to update your information frequently.

We recommend NOT using an email address from a job or school, as it's easy to forget to change this if you switch jobs or finish your studies.

Update your email address and username when you change email

When you change email addresses, it is important to update it on your account. If you don't, you will no longer be able to access your account if you forget your login details once your access to the registered email is lost.

Try not to apply at the last minute

If you don't have an account already or if it has been a long time since you last applied for a job from your account, there may be some information you need to fill in/update before you can submit your application. Therefore, it is good to be prepared in advance!

Ensure all copied and pasted information is included

If you copy and paste information into your application from a document, make sure all text is included in the field. Each text field in the tool can accept a certain number of characters (always specified). If you try to paste more, the system will not save the excess characters.

Review your application before submitting

To ensure that all the information you want to include is displayed in the application, it is good to review it once everything is entered. Therefore, read through the application in the final step, where you get an overview of all entered information, before sending it to the employer. Also, make sure any attached documents are correct and that the filename does not contain prohibited characters.

Good luck with your registration and application! 🀩
