We know - this is very annoying! Getting a blank page can mean several different things, but it's most often due to your browser or the device you are using (computer, phone, tablet).

Here is a list of things you can try!

  • Check if you have an ad blocker enabled. This can sometimes prevent certain pages from opening.

  • Clear the cache and cookies in your browser. These are files temporarily saved in your browser that are required for certain functions to work properly. If you have visited a page multiple times, or if it's been a long time since you cleared these, these files can sometimes interfere and prevent certain things from loading correctly. You can clear these in your browser settings. If you don't know how to do this in your particular browser, you can Google "clear cache and cookies in your browser's name".

  • Try opening the page in an incognito/InPrivate window (the name varies depending on the browser). This works just like a regular window in your browser, but in this mode, no history, cache, or cookies are saved. You can usually find the option to open such a window in the upper right corner under the menu (the three dots!).

  • Use a different browser. If the problem lies with the browser you are using, it might help to use another browser instead.

  • Check if the browser or device you are using has an update! We support all browsers but not all operating systems, only the three latest versions. Updating your device might help!

  • Try using a different device. If your device is older, it might simply not work with our website. If you are using a phone or tablet, there are many different operating systems and versions, and if you are using an older one, some functions might not work properly. In that case, the only option is to use another device.
