The short answer to this question is no. CVs, cover letters, and the information you enter under "Work Experience," "Education," etc. are saved in connection with each application you make, but only within the application itself.
Only personal details, which you find under "Settings," are saved directly to your account.
This means that there is no way to upload a CV, cover letter, etc., directly to your account; it must always be done in connection with an application.
However! You can choose to reuse information that you included in a previous application in when applying for a new one! This way, you don't have to enter all the information again every time you make a new application. There are a few requirements for you to be able to do this, but it's very simple!
