Why do I get the message "You must fill in the survey", even though I have already done so? 😣

The most common reason for this is that you missed filling in an answer, or that the format of one of the answers is not accepted!

All questions asked in a survey within an application are mandatory, so you must answer all of them regardless of how they are asked.

If there is a question that you don't find relevant to you, you can write a period, dash, or something similar in that field (if it is a free text field). If it is a multiple-choice or single-choice question, unfortunately, you have to answer it even if none of the options fit you.

Each employer formulates their own survey questions. Unfortunately, we have no way to ensure that all employers formulate their surveys correctly, and sometimes mistakes happen even to the best.

If you have questions or concerns about a survey, how it is formulated, if there are uncertainties about how to answer, or if you are forced to provide an answer that is not accurate, contact the employer directly so they can guide you on how to proceed!
