If subscription results are neither displayed on the account nor sent via email:
From the moment the subscription is created/saved, it takes a day before it starts fetching information. This means that if you save a notification again, it will be reset and will not take effect until a day later.
The notification email only fetches vacancies that match your settings and have been published after the subscription was created/saved. It does not fetch vacancies that have already been posted.
The subscription you have created is always time-limited (6 months from the creation date), but this can be changed by editing the subscription. Make sure the expiration date has not passed for the subscription!
It may also be that your subscription haven't received that many results based on your configured preferences.
Geographic location: Most employers post their vacancies in specific municipalities, so choosing "Unspecified county/municipality" is therefore not something we recommend. "Unspecified county/municipality" does not mean that you will get results for all counties and municipalities, but is a specific category that only yields hits on ads with this particular placement.
Employment type: The choice "full-time/part-time" does not mean that you will get hits on ads published as full-time or part-time. This is a specific choice that means the ad includes both full-time and part-time. There are very few ads published with this choice, which means you will not get many hits if you choose it. If you want your notification to include both full-time and part-time, we recommend leaving the employment type selection blank (not making any selection in the dropdown list) π
βIf the subscription results are displayed on your account but not sent via email:
Make sure you have selected email as the delivery method.
It may be that the email is stuck in a SPAM filter or similar. Therefore, make sure you have no block against our sender email ([email protected] if you have applied for a position via Talent Hire and [email protected] if you have applied for a position via Visma Recruit). You can also add it as a safe sender in your email settings so that your email provider understands that these are emails you want to receive!
